USSM Welcomes Collin County ENT, a Premier North Texas ENT Practice, to Its Multispecialty Physician Network

Fort Worth, TX (September 3, 2026) – U.S. Specialists Management (USSM), a Physician Equity™ Management Services Organization (MSO) built to support specialty physicians without compromising independence, announced today that Collin County ENT (CCENT) has joined its growing multispecialty network. The addition brings one of the country’s premier otolaryngology groups into USSM’s physician-owned and professionally managed model.

Based in Frisco and Plano, Collin County ENT has served North Texas patients since 1975 with comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care. The practice includes 5 physicians, 4 advanced practice providers, and 4 audiologists. CCENT is known for combining long-standing community trust with modern treatment options, including traditional procedures, minimally invasive techniques, audiology and hearing aid services, allergy and sinus care, sleep-disorder treatment, and participation in clinical trials focused on diseases of the head and neck.

“Collin County ENT represents exactly the type of practice USSM was created to support,” said Bob Yonke, CEO of USSM. “They have built an extraordinary reputation through decades of clinical leadership, patient commitment, and innovation. Bringing a group of this caliber into our platform strengthens our ENT capabilities and broadens our commitment to physicians who want to remain independent while continuing to grow.”

Yonke added that USSM’s model is designed to give specialty practices access to strategic, operational, financial, and administrative resources while allowing physicians to keep clinical decision-making where it belongs, with the doctors.  Nothing should ever come between the physician and a patient in the continuum of care.

For Collin County ENT, the partnership provides additional support for continued growth while preserving the culture and clinical standards that have defined the practice for generations.

“Our physicians have always believed that the best care comes from practices that are deeply connected to their communities and empowered to make decisions for their patients,” said Dr. Keith Matheny, Collin County ENT Managing Partner. “USSM understands that philosophy. This partnership gives us additional resources while allowing us to continue operating with clinical independence and a patient-first focus that has shaped Collin County ENT since the beginning.”

“As we look ahead, we see meaningful opportunities to expand access, invest in innovation, and continue delivering the level of ENT care patients across North Texas have come to expect from our team,” Matheny added.

The addition of Collin County ENT marks another step in USSM’s strategy to build a differentiated multispecialty MSO around leading physician groups, aligned incentives, operational support, and a shared commitment to putting “Patients First.”
