Camille Betters
Camille Betters, Director of Revenue Cycle Management for USSM, manages the revenue cycle for three provider-based practices with an annual net collection of over $64 million. Camille joined USSM in 2020. She oversees the collection efforts of the outsource billing companies and has assisted with the creation of internal procedures for upfront workflows.
With over 24 years in the revenue cycle realm, Camille has been responsible for patient access services, medical coding and auditing, reimbursement recovery, and patient financial services on the professional side of healthcare among others.
Camille understands both the financial and operational drivers that impact the performance critical to the success of a healthy revenue cycle and what needs to be done to assist the organization, their leaders, providers, and staff to work together effectively to respond to these and other challenges. Her passion is helping healthcare organizations and their leaders manage with quality and compliance while improving their bottom line.
