Michelle Speck
Michelle Speck is the Executive Vice President of Operations at U.S. Specialists Management, overseeing all day-to-day operations of the market-based clinical specialty physician group practices throughout the United States. Additionally, she directly manages the human resource-related functions for USSM and outsourcing companies that provide these services to USSM’s contracted groups.
Michelle brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to the USSM team. Previously, she was responsible for all ancillary, specialty and hospital operations at USMD, a large multi-specialty physician-owned group in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. She also played an active role on the operations and human resources leadership team at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center health system for over 12 years.
