Robert Firlit
Robert Firlit joined USSM as a Finance Manager in July of 2021. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Urology of St. Louis and Neurosurgery of St. Louis. As CFO, Robert is responsible for all financial, treasury, and revenue cycle management.
With over 15 years of experience, Robert has dedicated his career to providing financial decision support to private practice healthcare organizations. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Insight Medical Genetics. During his time at Insight, Robert focused on professionalizing the accounting and finance functions and providing financial, legal, and regulatory due diligence support for M&A activities. Prior to Insight, Robert started his career with a large urology group in the suburbs of Chicago.
Robert is currently pursuing his MBA at Loyola University of Chicago, with a focus in Healthcare Management. He holds a BA in History from Loyola University of Chicago.
