With a strong background in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and physician-led healthcare initiatives, he has spent over 15 years developing and managing physician-owned hospitals and surgery centers.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and later completed his graduate degree at Missouri State University. His expertise in financial management and healthcare operations has been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and innovation at USSM.
